Why did you join APhiO? Volunteer Service, can’t do enough of it. Plus, I get to meet awesome people who share my interest.
Why this Excomm position? I steeped up to make the chapter 10% better, I hope others will build upon the momentum. I want Change and change starts with me.
Favorite hobby? Trying new foods, hiking, exploring cities/countries, napping

Your thoughts & hopes for the future of APhiO? I hope to reach out to other chapters. We have lots of people to meet, so let’s get started.
Which was your favorite/memorable Service project? I love working with youth. I will never forget our service project at an after school elementary program in the BayView hunter Point neighborhood. We helped tutor young students in reading and writing. I was taken back at how challenging school is for some students, considering their social environment. Really inspired my work for my current nonprofit, helping out of probation youth.
What do you have to say to the incoming pledges? Carpe diem, seize the day! Now is your chance to make a difference in what you believe would change the world. Live your hope/dreams and we will support you in your endeavor. If I could change the world… every youth would have access to a higher education.
