View Calendar: Instructions 1) Click on the "Sign-Up" link 2) Fill out the necessary information. 3) Confirm your sign-up on the "Status" link.
  • Please note the cap.  If there is a 5 person cap and you are the 6th person to sign up, you are on the waitlist.
  • First person to sign-up to chair will be the chair.
  • Members should chair with pledges.  If there are no pledges willing to chair, then members are allowed to chair with members.
Cancellation Policy
  • If you sign up for a project, you are making a commitment to be there at the project.
  • Projects are often capped at a certain amount of allowed sign-ups:
    1. If you sign up after the cap limit, you are on the waitlist, even if there is no specified waitlist shown yet.
    2. Waitlist is in order of who signs up first.
  • If you need to cancel, you must:
    1. Let the presiding VP know (2) days in advance and:
    2. Find a replacement.
    3. Submit another entry on the sign-up page.  In the comments section, indicate you will be canceling and who your replacement is.
    4. If there is a waitlist, it is your responsibility to inform the next person on the waitlist.
    5. If you are replacing someone, indicate who you are replacing in the comments section.
  • There will be no penalty as long as you find a replacement.
  • If you do not find a replacement and do not attend the project/event, you will be deducted the total hours of the project and have to make up the hours through another project of corresponding “C”.
